The ISSA Focal Point for Portuguese-speaking Countries promotes regional social security cooperation and networking, and supports the ISSA by promoting the Association’s products and services, organizing events, and facilitating the exchange of good practices among social security institutions in the region.

Embracing this engagement and supported by the dynamism of the regional structures in the Americas, the ISSA has strengthened the responsiveness of its products and services to the needs and expectations of its membership in the region. The combination of the commitment of 63 ISSA members and tailored knowledge and events has made the Americas one of the most active and dynamic regions in the ISSA.
