The Forum venue is located by taxi approximately 45 minutes from São Paulo Guarulhos International Airport and approximately 40 minutes from São Paulo Congonhas Airport, depending on traffic conditions. For security reasons, it is recommended that you use only authorized taxi companies (Guarucoop) and avoid taxi offers at the exit. Rates are standardized. It accepts cash and electronic payments.

The National Organizing Committee (NOC) will generously provide daily coffee breaks and lunches.

Wednesday, 25 March 2026 (17:30-22:00, Espaço Paulista 3rd floor & Bela Cintra 3-4-5, 4th floor, Espaço C3): The presentation of the ISSA Good Practice Award for the Americas 2026 competition results followed by a welcome reception will be organized at the invitation of the Ministry of Social Security.
