Workshop C *English*: Innovation governance and strengthening collaborative leadership

This workshop aims to support institutions to strengthen their social security innovation capabilities. It will use members' innovation practices and a set of resources and tools that they have co-created on three topics:

• Governance of innovation – Helping social security organizations set up a framework to effectively manage and direct their innovation efforts.

• Management of innovation – Supporting social security organizations harness the process of managing innovation procedures, starting at the initial stage of ideation, successfully implementing including embedding innovation efforts throughout the organization routines.

• Leadership of innovation – Strategies for framing, communicating and driving collaborative innovation within and outside the social security organizations.

This workshop will use this training material package available for social security organizations to stimulate innovation practices in their corporate environments through different engaging methodologies. It will also allow participants to contribute to enriching the material.
