Workshop A *English*: Exploring behavioural techniques in social protection

This interactive workshop focuses on leveraging behavioral insights and tools from ISSA's Behavioral Insights Framework to enhance social protection programmes. Participants will explore the application of behavioral science in social protection, gaining practical skills to define problems and diagnose behavioral barriers, particularly in the informal sector. Through real-world examples, scenario-based learning and hands-on activities, the workshop will equip participants to identify root causes and address common challenges in social security systems. Using the framework, participants will learn practical techniques to tackle barriers and improve the design of impactful interventions.
