The ISSA technical commissions are the centre of the ISSA’s knowledge development and technical work. Organized along 13 clusters of topics, they allow ISSA members to focus their efforts in their particular area of interest.
The Technical Commission on Statistical, Actuarial and Financial Studies has an enviable track record of substantial contribution to the ISSA, including through the International Conference of Social Security Actuaries, Statisticians and Investment Specialists (ACT).
The objective of the Technical Commission on Investment of Social Security Funds is to support members to establish an appropriate investment governance mechanism and investment strategy to manage reserve funds.
